近日,比亞迪已(yi)將插電(dian)式混動車型的啟動電(dian)池,從鉛酸電(dian)池全面(mian)切換為鐵鋰電(dian)池,以技術創(chuang)新助力(li)綠色(se)出行(xing),為綠色(se)、低碳(tan)、可持(chi)續發展(zhan)之路提供科技動力(li)。
自燃油汽車時(shi)代起,鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)池就(jiu)普(pu)遍作為啟動電(dian)(dian)池使(shi)(shi)用。但(dan)鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)池的化學特(te)性也注定會讓其(qi)缺點十分突(tu)出:較強(qiang)的自動放電(dian)(dian)特(te)性導致長時(shi)間不使(shi)(shi)用就(jiu)需要(yao)接電(dian)(dian)或更換電(dian)(dian)池,甚至(zhi)需要(yao)叫救援、等拖車,用戶(hu)體驗極其(qi)不佳。
更重(zhong)要的(de)(de)是,大部分鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)池的(de)(de)使用壽命只有2-3年、且生產和廢棄(qi)過程中存在(zai)嚴(yan)重(zhong)污染和危害,與當前社會環保訴求、低碳要求之間的(de)(de)矛盾日益明顯。同時鉛(qian)(qian)酸電(dian)池的(de)(de)體積和重(zhong)量較大,也提高了整(zheng)車能(neng)耗(hao)。
正因如此,比亞迪率先(xian)推(tui)進(jin)整車電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)無鉛化,將插混車型的(de)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)全面切換為鐵鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。鐵鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)擁有更高的(de)能量密度,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)管理系統的(de)高效率配合(he)下,可(ke)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)檢(jian)測小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量,通過大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)給小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)補(bu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量,不(bu)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)車上明明有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),車卻缺電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)情況(kuang),讓用(yong)戶體(ti)驗實現(xian)“質(zhi)”的(de)提升。
